Wells Fargo Plaza expanded its commercial office space to include more floors in the building. With the addition of multiple tenants, Wells Fargo was looking to update numerous signs around the complex.
We met with Wells Fargo to understand their goals and design aesthetic. They had a couple of monument signs that they wanted to refurbish and they needed some additional wayfinding, door vinyl and parking ramp clearance signage.
The existing monument signs were in good shape so we were able to resurface and paint them giving them an updated look that matches the Wells Fargo branding guidelines.
Because the project was completed while office tenants remained in the building, the Spectrum Signs team worked to ensure that they minimized the impact on those near the vicinity of the sign installation.
A unique aspect of this project was a family of protected Peregrine Falcons who lived on site. We had to take extra precautions not to disturb them. They watched intently as the Spectrum Signs team completed the job and would occasionally swoop down to say hi!
