Meridian Crossings
Meridian Crossings is home to two class A office buildings in Richfield, MN. The property owner wanted to upgrade the look of all exterior signage, refreshing existing signs and adding new ones where needed.
Sign and Brand Update
We met with the client to review design options, project timelines, and opportunities for improvement. Their goal was to update the exterior signage to match the modernized interiors of the buildings. Whenever possible, we planned to reuse existing structures, and we also proposed a new monument sign to help clearly identify the property.
The full scope of the exterior sign updates:

Refaced and repainted the pylon sign with routed aluminum logo faces with acrylic push thru graphics

Clad the existing monument sign with satin black aluminum, installed new fabricated titanium letters with a brushed gold finish and adding panels for tenant identification

Removed existing building letters and installed new fabricated titanium letters with brushed gold finish on aluminum backers

Installed a new monument sign between the two buildings for building identification
- Installed new dimensional letters at parking ramp entrances to clearly mark and reinforce property identification
The Process
The client wanted all dimensional letters to have a brushed gold finish. In Minnesota’s climate, that type of finish can be challenging to maintain, especially on exterior dimensional letters.
To achieve the upscale look and ensure long-term durability, we recommended fabricated titanium letters with a brushed gold finish. As part of our process, we produced finished samples of the titanium letters for the client to review and approve before moving into full production.
The End Result
The updated exterior signage combines a class A appearance with the functionality the customer was looking for. We partnered closely with the client, city officials, and our production teams to manage every detail and deliver a successful, compliant project from start to finish.
