United Properties contacted Spectrum about creating a couple of multi-tenant monument signs and dimensional address numbers for a new distribution center in Shakopee.

This is a one building development but because of the size of the distribution center, United Properties wanted to include 7 tenants on the monument sign. 

We designed the sign using the finish colors on the building as a reference for the monument signs. The signs were installed at the entrance points to the development to help guide delivery trucks and visitors to the correct destination. 

As with most of the multi-tenant monument signs we design, we used a divider bar system to make changing tenants easy and cost effective for the tenants and building owner.

The dimensional address numbers are installed on the building as well as the monument signs. 

The End Result?

The signs work exactly as intended. The monument signs are a guide to those looking for both the building as well as a landmark for the entrance points. The signs also give an opportunity to tenants to identify themselves on the monument signs.
