Sign Sales Representative -- Minnesota

Position Summary:

We are looking for a professional sales leader who is a strong communicator, detail orientated and reliable. This individual will be responsible for lead generation and closing business in existing markets, as well as identifying and closing opportunities in new markets. Develop and maintain existing accounts for businesses, developers and specific institutions such as hospitals, universities, etc. who are looking to increase their brand recognition.

The person in this role will be plan focused, have a fierce determination to achieving sales goals while keeping the customer’s needs as the number one priority.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly revenue goals
  • Cultivate, develop and leverage customer relationships at all levels.
  • Actively manage short and long term leads from internal and external referral sources to qualify prospects and advance them through the sales process
  • Develop weekly activity goals and provide action follow-ups for generating new customers
  • Manage the customer experience throughout the sales cycle while ensuring continued development of key accounts
  • Work directly with the customer on their goals and expectations
  • Investigates, Identifies and resolves customer’s problems / challenges / concerns / objections
  • Work with fellow team members on plan design and pricing

Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree preferred
  • 2+ years of business to business (B2B) sales experience preferred
  • Proven outside or field sales experience with a track record of hitting and/or exceeding sales goals
  • Positive attitude and sincere passion for finding creative solutions that help expand the organizations success.
  • Ability to self-source own leads through a combination of cold-calling and networking.
  • Ability to think independently and within a small team environment
  • Experience working with city codes and electrical requirements a plus, but not required
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, consultative sales skills and are a relationship builder.
  • Strongly self-motivated with a drive to excel
  • Strong work ethic and self-discipline
