Project Manager - Minnesota

Project Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Define project timeline, draft proposals, establish and maintain project documentation throughout project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage client relationship throughout project lifecycle and uphold high standards for individual contributors, holding everyone accountable for their deadlines.
- Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Design, and Administration to ensure advancement within the project.
- Support new team members with onboarding, mentoring, planning, implementation and consistency with messaging, tone, and overall quality control.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Conduct onsite detailed surveys.
- Manage daily installation schedules.
Required experience:
- Associates or Technical Degree in Project Management or closely related field, or
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager
Project Manager Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to read and understand architectural plans
- Project and/or process management background
- Basic knowledge of construction methods
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP Software
Salary Range:
- $55,000 - $75,000 depending on education and/or experience
