Saber Hall Portfolio Update
Saber Hall Partners is a real estate investment specializing in commercial properties. After they had acquired a number of properties they were looking to update the look of the exterior signs with a consistent look across all locations ranging from Eagan to St. Louis Park.
Saber Hall's Goals
All properties already had existing signage in place, but the look was different across the board. Some locations had tenants listed while others showcased only the property name. But the goal was to create a consistent look across all locations. We refaced existing signs where it made sense and installed completely new signs in the rest of the locations.
Type of signs needed
-
Updating of existing building identification signs
- New tenant identification signs with removable tenant names
The Process
We researched city codes for each location to see what was possible for sizing and placement. After collecting all information we created concepts of what the signs could look like. The Saber Hall blue and metallic gold were the theme of the new signs.
The three Eagan locations listed only the property name and address. We proposed refacing and repainting the existing signs with new routed aluminum faces. The cabinets and faces were painted blue with accents of metallic gold.
The Roseville, New Brighton and St. Louis Park properties included tenant listings along with the addresses. The tenants are listed on removable panels and separated with metallic gold accents. The addresses are flat cut aluminum to provide some dimension to the signs.
The End Result
The Spectrum team worked closely with Saber Hall to gather all tenant names, collected all the necessary permits on behalf of the customer and kept the customer up to date on installation details to ensure there were no surprises.
